I'm Katelyn Yarbrough and I'm a proud cottage baker serving customers in the East Tennessee and Western North Carolina area. I never imagined that I would ever be expressing my creativity and spreading joy as a full time job. I wasn't always a baker but my roots go deep into hospitality for over 18 years! Most recently, my husband and I were Innkeepers at a beautiful historic inn located in Tennessee's oldest town. After almost 8 years of caring for curious travelers the pandemic eventually caught up to us and halted our hospitality business. Out of necessity, I started baking and decorating cookies and specialty cakes for holidays. What began as a "side hustle" that paid the bills for a while, quickly became a full time job. In September of 2023 I dove in head first and became a full time baker and never looked back!
